Sign up and saddle up for a February road trip to the famed Fort Worth Stockyards!

TCA’s ‘horsepower trail ride’ begins on Monday 2/26 with a 9:30am departure from the parking lot at the Walmart Supercenter located at 305 Singing Oaks, Spring Branch (intersection of Hwys 281 & 46); there will be a brief driver's meeting at 9:15 before heading out.

This pretty cool road trip will begin with a scenic drive heading north on Hwy 281 followed by a lunch stop at Big Cup Eatery in Glen Rose before finally reaching the hotel & the infamous Exchange Avenue!

Staying in the center of all the action assures you of a prime spot to see one of the daily cattle drives...a short walk to the historical stockyard...a 'shop for almost anything' retail experience...dining choices at a variety of nearby restaurants either on your own or via a group reservation...and/or a seat at the bar in one of several old western saloons...all within walking distance of the hotel!

Once Wednesday morning rolls around signaling time to head home…at everyone's discretion...you might wanna check out and then go enjoy a hearty breakfast at one of the local favs to cure your 'not-so-happy trails' blues.
